Graviola is a tropical fruit of American
origin. It is the most important member of
the group known as the Annona, which has
a strong aroma. It is common in the North
and Northeast of Brazil where it is grown
domestically in small farms and urban backyards,
and is more commercialised and appreciated
than anywhere else in the world.
Uses
The pulp is used in the preparaion of juices
and ice creams. Mixed with other fruits,
it is often used for mousses, jellies and
other desserts.
